Join COS Men's Club in 2024!
The primary goal of the COS Men's Club is to support our synagogue and its membership through fundraising for our youth and synagogue, synagogue service projects and various social functions. Some of our past programs and activities include:
- Providing funding for transportation & convention costs for USY & Kadima
- Providing financial support for COS Youth scholarships to camps & Israel trips
- Organizing bike rides, golf outings, bowling, Super Bowl Raffle, & other social activities
- Hosting Sunday morning breakfast (Coffee & Juice Bar) and speaker events
- Organizing the World Wide Wrap & Men's Club Shabbat
- Providing Yom Hashoah candles & program for our synagogue members
- Ushering for High Holiday and weekly Shabbat services
- Cooking & serving food for COS Youth activities
- Offering Jewish gifts to our B'nai Mitzvot celebrants
- Actively participating in Ma'Asim Tovim (feeding the homeless)
- Sponsoring the Men's Night Out yearly event- this year, it will be Nov 7th, 2024
- Hosting Senior Bingo & Holiday gift bags for seniors
- Monthly newsletter with "Mensch of the Month"
- Supporting the "Save a Life" Substance Abuse Program with other Jewish organizations
