Executive Director: Tracy Hilbert

Tracy Bengels Hilbert is a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience. Her professional career began in insurance and financial services. However, it was her involvement in Jewish life with her children that ignited her passion for synagogue and led her to a career in the field.

Tracy began her journey in the Jewish community when her children were preschool-aged. As she became more involved, she realized that her true calling was in the synagogue world. Tracy spent 7+ years working at the Jacksonville Jewish Center, where she developed a deep understanding of the inner workings of a synagogue and honed her skills in management, leadership, and community building. Currently, as the Executive Director at Congregation Ohev Shalom, Tracy is proud to use her expertise to further the synagogue's mission and vision. Tracy is known for her unwavering dedication to the Jewish community and her ability to build meaningful relationships with congregants, staff, and lay leaders alike.

Tracy is a proud wife to her husband Ken Hilbert and a devoted mother to Sophia, Madison, and Jack. When she is not working, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring the vibrant Jewish community in the Orlando area.
